BOOKING POLICIES

Please read and familiarise yourself with the booking policies before booking your appointment

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings. It is refundable when you cancel no less than 48 hours before you appointment.


Deposits must be paid via the link on the email confirmation you receive when you book in your appointment. All deposits are paid by card only.


By booking your appointment and paying your deposit, you agree and understand that your deposit is only refundable when a minimum of 48 hours notice is given to cancel. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice means your deposit will be lost. You will not be able to carry it over to another future appointment.


Please be assured that the card details you use to pay your deposit online are securely stored by Fresha.com (the booking system). I do not have direct access to any of your card details.


No shows

No shows are charged in full for missed appointments. The card used to book online and pay your deposit will be charged the full cost of the appointment.


Before cancelling and charging the card, I will attempt to contact you by text and phone call first to see where you are and if it’s possible to do your appointment.


Refunds 

I do not issue refunds for any treatments, however if you are unhappy with the outcome of your treatment I am happy to rectify any issues within the first 3 days of having your treatment. Please contact me by phone call or text (not Instagram message as this is easily missed) to schedule in.

Appointment Booking

After booking in you will receive a confirmation text & email (please ensure you have provided accurate contact details). If you don’t receive a confirmation within 2 hours of making your booking please contact me by text or phone asap.


Consultation for new clients 

All new clients will need to complete a consultation form. This can be done online, by following the link sent by text prior to your appointment (this option saves time) or you can complete a paper consultation at the start of your appointment.


Patch Tests

All new clients require a patch test. Please ensure you book this if online at least 48 hour before your appointment. Patch tests are free and take a few minutes to complete.


Having a patch test is strongly recommended, even if you have had lashes elsewhere in the past. If you choose not to have one, or do not book one in before your appointment you will need to sign a waiver form. I cannot do your treatment without this.

Lateness

If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible and not at the time your appointment starts. Please text or call and do not message on instagram. If you are any later than 15 minutes then I won’t be able to do your treatment and your deposit will be lost. If I do not have a client booked immediately after you, then it is possible I can still do your treatment but not guaranteed, however if I have a client booked directly after you then it won’t be possible. 


Sickness

Please let me know if you are sick with anything contagious like a viral cold/flu or bacterial infection like norovirus (vomiting sickness bugs) so I can change your booking. Likewise I will do the same if I am sick. As lashes is a very close contact treatment it is very easy to pass germs back and forth. As I am self-employed, sickness has a direct affect on my earnings and availability.


Aftercare

Please ensure you follow the aftercare advice given, as this will help you get the most out of your treatment, help your lashes lasts longer and most importantly maintain the health of your natural lashes. After your appointment I will send you a text with an aftercare guide and also inform you of the aftercare before you leave your appointment. 

As an eyelash artist I take various steps to help ensure great retention and maintain your eyelash health. This must also be met by the client following aftercare advice.
